All MOLVRIX products are digital downloads — templates, workflows, playbooks, and automation files. Once you receive access, the product is fully in your possession. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" — they can be copied and kept while a refund is requested.
Files are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, making the transaction complete at that moment.
Every product has a detailed description, feature list, and category information so you know exactly what you're buying before checkout.
All files are tested and delivered as described. If you receive a broken or corrupt file, we will re-deliver — this is not a refund scenario.
Once purchased, your product is available forever in your account. You never lose access.
While we do not offer refunds, we will always make it right in these cases:
Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same product due to a Razorpay payment error, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge. Contact us with both payment IDs from your Razorpay receipt.
Failed delivery: If you successfully paid but never received access or a download link, contact us within 7 days and we will manually grant access or re-send files.
Corrupted files: If any downloaded file is unopenable, corrupted, or clearly not what was described — we will replace it free of charge.

All MOLVRIX payments are processed securely by Razorpay — India's leading payment gateway. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all product access. We maintain complete Razorpay transaction records for every delivery and will contest any fraudulent chargeback.
