Our Refund Philosophy

At MOLVRIX, we create digital products designed to save you time and help your business grow. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we operate with a strict but fair refund policy.

We believe in the quality of our products. If you encounter genuine issues, we want to make it right. But we also need to protect our business from abuse of digital goods.

When We DO Offer Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

1. Corrupted or Defective Files

If the product file you download is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, and our support team cannot provide a working version within 48 hours of your report.

2. Significant Misrepresentation

If the product description, features, or deliverables significantly differ from what was actually provided. Minor differences in presentation or formatting do not qualify.

3. Technical Download Issues

If you are unable to download the product due to technical issues on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

4. Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.

When We DO NOT Offer Refunds

We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind: You decided you don't want the product anymore
• Didn't read the description: The product doesn't match expectations that weren't based on our description
• Lack of technical skills: You don't know how to use the product (we provide documentation and support)
• Compatibility issues: Your software version or system doesn't support the file format (compatibility is listed in product descriptions)
• Purchased by mistake: Accidental purchases must be reported within 2 hours
• Found it cheaper elsewhere: Price matching is not available
• Business closed: You no longer need the product for your business

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@molvrix.com within 7 days of your purchase
2. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
3. Describe the issue in detail and attach screenshots if applicable
4. Allow up to 48 hours for our support team to respond

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Bundles and Special Offers

Refunds for bundle purchases work differently:

• Complete bundle refunds: If the entire bundle is defective, we will refund the full amount
• Partial bundle refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for bundles where some products work correctly
• Promotional bundles: Bundles purchased during sales or promotions follow the same refund policy

Subscription Products

Currently, MOLVRIX does not offer subscription products. All purchases are one-time payments with lifetime access. If we introduce subscriptions in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
