Seller Agreement

1. Eligibility

You must maintain a verified MOLVRIX account, provide accurate identity and business details, and be legally allowed to sell digital products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping profile, payout, tax, and contact details current.

2. Application Review

Seller access is not automatic. After submission, MOLVRIX may approve, reject, mark under review, or request changes. Complete applications are usually reviewed within 24 hours, but review can take longer if documents are unclear, details conflict, or risk checks require extra time.

• Pending applicants cannot access seller tools except application/status pages.
• Approved sellers receive seller dashboard access through the account menu.
• Rejected or needs-changes applications can be corrected and resubmitted.

3. Required Documents

You may be asked for identity proof, business registration, address proof, portfolio links, tax information, or payout verification. MOLVRIX stores verification documents privately and uses them only for seller review, compliance, fraud prevention, and audit needs.

Do not upload passwords, private customer data, secrets, or unrelated sensitive files.

4. Product Listings

You represent that you own or are licensed to distribute every uploaded digital file, thumbnail, brand element, and description. Listings must be honest, complete, and safe. You may not upload malware, stolen assets, misleading promises, illegal content, or files that violate intellectual property rights.

Quality Review

MOLVRIX may inspect packaging quality, ZIP structure, product metadata, support files, thumbnails, and claims. Listings can be paused, hidden, removed, or sent back for revision.

5. Pricing, Tax, and GST

MOLVRIX platform settings control whether GST is shown at checkout. When GST is enabled, GST is displayed separately and is excluded from seller earnings. Platform commission is calculated on the taxable product amount only, not on GST.

You are responsible for your own tax reporting unless MOLVRIX explicitly states otherwise for a particular transaction or jurisdiction.

6. Funds Flow and Withdrawals

Seller earnings are tracked per transaction. A default report window may hold earnings in pending balance before they move to available balance. If a report, refund, fraud review, chargeback, or compliance check is opened, affected funds may be frozen or reserved.

Connected payout accounts for Razorpay Route, bank transfer, UPI, or manual payout review must belong to you or your business. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until payout provider and compliance requirements are satisfied.

7. Refunds, Reports, and Appeals

Customers may report defective, incomplete, unsafe, or misleading products. MOLVRIX may request evidence, freeze affected earnings, approve refunds, reject claims, or request remediation. Repeated valid reports can reduce visibility or lead to suspension.

8. Security and Downloads

Digital delivery may use private storage, signed URLs, scan flags, download controls, security logs, and admin audit trails. You must not attempt to bypass platform controls, access another seller's data, or manipulate reviews, orders, payouts, or reports.

9. Suspension and Termination

MOLVRIX may suspend or terminate seller access for fraud, abuse, intellectual property violations, payment risk, account compromise, repeated policy breaches, or legal/compliance concerns. Approved customer entitlements and legally required payment records may be retained after account closure.

10. Changes to Terms

MOLVRIX may update seller terms, fees, review rules, compliance requirements, and platform policies. Material changes may require renewed agreement before you continue selling.
