1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MOLVRIX (molvrix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or purchase our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on MOLVRIX are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased products. No physical products will be shipped.

2.1 License

When you purchase a product from MOLVRIX, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business or personal use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
• Use the product in a way that competes with MOLVRIX
• Claim ownership or authorship of the product
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

2.2 Team Usage

Products may be used by your immediate team members within your organization. If you have multiple teams or offices, please contact us for enterprise licensing.

3. Payments and Pricing

Domestic and international payments are processed through Razorpay. Checkout orders are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); any USD amount shown to an international customer is an estimate, and the card issuer determines the final conversion and fees. Payment card and bank details are handled by Razorpay, not stored by MOLVRIX.

3.1 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• The product file is corrupted and cannot be accessed
• The product description significantly misrepresents the content
• Technical issues prevent download despite multiple attempts

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MOLVRIX, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, templates, workflows, and software, is the property of MOLVRIX or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

7. Limitation of Liability

MOLVRIX and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOLVRIX, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.
